In 2001, Steve and his wife Amity, accompanied by 2 young ones, Balin, and Garrett, moved into their home in Florissant, Colorado. Teller County is where our family was so lucky to settle, and we could not be any more blessed to have had 2 children who grew up, attended school, and participated in sports within this wonderful community. With Gold Rush Water being family-owned and operated, each member of the family has their own involvement in our unparalleled customer service.
Before the owner and operator, Steve Niles purchased Gold Rush Water in 2004 he was an employee of the longstanding company. After working for the company for over 2 years, he recognized the potential to serve the community while providing for our family. We were set on ownership and the American dream. With the company having roots all the way back to the late 1970s, Gold Rush has had the opportunity to cross paths with many intergenerational and new families alongside various organizations.
As we approach 20 years of service and ownership, it is safe to say we have found our passion and our purpose! Through trial and trivialization, we have become the industry leader in potable water delivery. Starting off with one truck, a backyard, and a dream we have managed to constantly grow and maintain our fleet.
